The articulation requires a comparative overview of the management levels offered by both approaches. PLM focuses on procedural activities and task performance and supports the ergonomic design methodology into a project and process management level in which decisions and control claims a mayor role. As result, workflow and indicators solutions attached to PLM strategy approach are structured accordingly to particular needs of the methodology in question. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2016.enghttps://v2.sherpa.ac.uk/id/publication/issn/1868-4238Ergonomic considerations in product design through PLM technologiesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferencePaperErgonomicsProduct designSystems engineering, Business process modelDesign MethodologyErgonomic designManagement levelProcess managementProduct design methodologyProduct life cycle managementStrategy approach, Life cycle2021-04-12Marroquín, C.Gaviria, M.Mejía-Gutiérrez, R.10.1007/978-3-319-54660-5_4
