Determinación, modelos de medición y análisis de variables financieras en los proyectos de APP de infraestructura del sector transporte en Colombia

De ahí, que el objetivo del presente trabajo fuese analizar el comportamiento financiero de los proyectos de APP de infraestructura del sector transporte de orden nacional en Colombia, con información financiera a partir del año 2015, de modo que sirva como herramienta de análisis para este tipo de alianzas en el país. El estudio se desarrolló a partir de un diseño metodológico de tipo descriptivo y con enfoque cuantitativo. Las fases de la investigación fueron: a) identificación y selección de los proyectos APP de infraestructura, b) recolección de la información financiera, c) procesamiento de la información y determinación de las variables financieras principales, d) medición del comportamiento financiero y, por último, e) análisis de resultados y conclusiones.The Public-Private Partnerships can be a very efficient option for the infrastructural development of a territory, which generates a great interest to know a little the financial form as they develop; hence, the objective of this paper was to analyze the financial behavior of infrastructure PPP projects in the national transport sector in Colombia, with financial information starting in 2015, so that it serves as an analysis tool for this type of alliances in the country. The study was developed from a methodological design of descriptive type and with a quantitative approach.
