Para el desarrollo del estudio se llevan a cabo análisis de tipo administrativo, técnico, financiero y legal que permitieron concluir la viabilidad del desarrollo de esta economía colaborativa en el mercado colombiano, también se visualizan de las ventajas, desventajas, oportunidades y debilidades, y se comparan con la solución propuesta en las demás ofertas del mercado actual, tanto a nivel local como global.In the present work of degree the feasibility study is carried out to develop a digital platform to provide maintenance and repair services in homes and companies, which also has as an added value which is the generation of confidence in the consumer, and can validate its possible creation in the Colombian market. For the development of the study, administrative, technical, financial and legal analyzes are carried out, which allowed to conclude the viability of the development of this collaborative economy in the Colombian market.
