A través de un enfoque exploratorio y descriptivo se analizan las características de las CLN, el entorno financiero y regulatorio del país, y su aplicabilidad al contexto de las concesiones viales. Se utilizan fuentes secundarias, análisis documental y estudios de caso relevantes para identificar barreras y oportunidades de implementación. El objetivo es proponer un modelo conceptual que permita evaluar la viabilidad del uso de CLN como un instrumento complementario en los esquemas de financiamiento existentes, a fin de ampliar la participación del mercado de capitales y fortalecer la sostenibilidad financiera de la infraestructura vial en Colombia.This research explores the use of credit-linked notes (CLN) as an alternative financing mechanism for public-private partnerships (PPPs) in road infrastructure projects in Colombia. Using an exploratory and descriptive approach, the study analyzes the structural characteristics of CLN, the country's financial and regulatory environment, and their applicability within the context of road concessions. Secondary sources, document analysis, and relevant case studies are used to identify barriers and opportunities for implementation.
