The purpose is to present four arguments against the usual dissociation of understanding and rhetorical elocution: First, there are not philosophical reasons for to dissociate the natural way of speck and the rhetorical one. Second, because the discourse is always intentional a rhetorical dimension is inseparable from the meaning of the expressions. Third, the referential function of the rhetorical discourse depends of several functions associates with the rhetorical discourse.
