La presente investigación aborda la siguiente pregunta: ¿De qué manera la coexistencia de dos gobiernos en una misma institución (cogobierno) genera riesgos estratégicos en los colegios privados? El análisis de dichos riesgos se realizó a partir de entrevistas a directivos de instituciones educativas privadas, así como de la revisión de documentos de dichas entidades. Los resultados permitieron identificar no solo estos riesgos, sino también los posibles mecanismos de mitigación que permiten cumplir y fortalecer su estrategia.The structure of co-governance in private educational institutions can generate strategic risks that must be appropriately managed. This investigation addresses the following question: In what ways does the coexistence of two governing bodies in a single institution (co-governance) generate strategic risks in private schools? The analysis of the risks was conducted through interviews with school administrators from private educational institutions together with a review of documents from these institutions.
