Se plantea mediante un análisis del estado arte, el estudio de casos de éxito en diferentes mercados y se desarrolla un marco metodológico para promover y gestionar instrumentos financieros tokenizados. Se examinan los retos regulatorios y tecnológicos que enfrenta la adopción de esta tecnología como mecanismo para generar inversiones más enfocadas, transparentes y democratizadas. En consecuencia, este estudio proporciona al gobierno colombiano, un conjunto de lineamientos para la adopción, promoción y escalabilidad de tokens digitales para financiar la acción climática, así como hacer algunas recomendaciones de políticas públicas que ayuden y promuevan la financiación de Soluciones basadas en Naturaleza.This study explores how digital tokens powered by blockchain technology can serve as effective tools to support nature-based solutions and finance climate action. It is developed through an analysis of the state of the art, a study of successful cases in different markets, and the creation of a methodological framework to promote and manage tokenized financial instruments. The research examines the regulatory and technological challenges faced in adopting this technology as a mechanism to generate more targeted, transparent, and democratized investments.
