A través de una investigación de la normatividad vigente y las estrategias que se han creado para la integración de los venezolanos en Colombia se indagará por las barreras que tiene esta población para acceder al mercado laboral, las diferencias que tienen con otras poblaciones migrantes y el impacto que tienen en los trabajadores colombianos. De igual manera se estudiará el impacto económico que tienen los trabajadores venezolanos en Colombia con la finalidad de establecer de manera clara y precisa las consecuencias de esta población en el país denominado como el principal receptor de los migrantes venezolanos.Through this degree thesis the objective is to analyze the impact that the Venezuelan population has on Colombia’s labor market. There will be an investigation of the various strategies and laws that have been created to help this population accommodate in Colombia and study the barriers that they must face to access an adequate job, the differences they have with other migrant populations and the impact that they have on Colombia’s workers.
