Se presenta una propuesta de integralidad y convergencia entre los actores presentes en el territorio y sus interacciones alrededor del agua, así como estrategias que permitan un relacionamiento consciente de acuerdo con las dinámicas y ciclos hídricos a nivel barriales y de cuenca, y el conocimiento del riesgo que representa el manejo de dicho recurso.This research seeks to address the comprehensive management of water in so-called informal areas with urban-rural border characteristics, taking as a premise the interrelationships between being, in its social dimension, water in its environmental dimension, and the mountain in its territorial dimension. A proposal of integrality and convergence between the actors identified in the territory and their interactions around water is presented, as well as strategies to carry out a conscious relationship following the dynamics and water cycles at the neighborhood and water basin level.
