Es importante destacar que el proyecto cuenta con los beneficios de diferentes materiales constructivos, que, al combinarlos al sistema de construcción tradicional propia de la zona, permiten la implementación de sistemas sostenibles y la recirculación de los recursos naturales, lo que genera componentes de sostenibilidad en el marco de la declaratoria de Paisaje Cultural Cafetero - PCC. Este trabajo se desarrolló bajo la metodología de ONUDI, que es el referente más utilizado en estudios de esta naturaleza, el tipo de metodología de investigación que se aplicó fue de un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo con alcance descriptivo.With the present research work, it is intended to carry out a pre-feasibility study for a rural housing complex in the municipality of San José Caldas, in order to determine the pre-feasibility of the project, through the analysis of different factors such as legal, environment, environmental and urban and economic development; fundamental components of the technical and marketing part.
