González Valencia, Alejandro2022-04-042022http://hdl.handle.net/10784/31120Este trabajo realiza un análisis de crecimiento de la vivienda rural y sus efectos en la seguridad hídrica en el contexto territorial del corregimiento de Santa Elena del Municipio de Medellín, tomando como caso de estudio la vereda El Plan que es servida por el acueducto de San Pedro. A partir del análisis de información secundaria y primaria relacionada, entre otras, con el cumplimiento de las densidades habitacionales aplicables al suelo rural de la ciudad, la operación misma del acueducto San Pedro y la participación en la mesa de acueductos conformada por las instituciones con representación en el Corregimiento. Los eventos de racionamiento del agua y el incremento sustancial de construcción de vivienda en los últimos años, que se registra en la vereda El Plan, configuran el escenario para estudiar cómo estos fenómenos afectan la sostenibilidad del territorio en materia de seguridad hídrica y cuáles podrían ser las alternativas a desarrollar para el fortalecimiento de la mesa de acueductos que integren la gestión de diversos actores en el logro de esta meta.  This work carries out an analysis of the growth of rural housing and its effects on water security in the territorial context of the Corregimiento of Santa Elena in the Municipality of Medellín, taking as a case study the village of El Plan, which is served by the San Pedro aqueduct. From the analysis of secondary and primary information related, among others, to compliance with the housing densities applicable to the rural land of the city, the operation of the San Pedro aqueduct and the participation in the aqueduct board made up of the institutions with representation in the Corregimiento.
