En consecuencia, la gestión del riesgo dentro del sistema de gestión global de la empresa es un instrumento valioso para garantizar la certificación. Por medio de una investigación de enfoque cualitativo a partir de entrevistas a profundidad realizadas a profesionales del sector y del análisis de las herramientas existentes a nivel internacional, este estudio permitió valorar la influencia de la gestión de riesgos sobre la certificación en BPM y las necesidades en formación e interacción intergremial, con el fin de generar continuidad para la industria nacional.The certification in Good Manufacturing Practices in the pharmaceutical industry, becomes the most important pillar from the regulatory point of view, to guarantee business continuity. This is why risk management within the company's global management system is a valuable tool to guarantee certification.
