Se llevó a cabo el estudio del entorno, el estudio de mercado para analizar la oferta, la demanda y la estrategia de comercialización; el estudio técnico, con el cual se estableció la localización, el tamaño y la ingeniería del proyecto; el estudio organizacional, legal y el ambiental; y finalmente se realizó la evaluación financiera y el análisis de riesgos, para conocer el impacto en la rentabilidad del proyecto y determinar su viabilidad.This present research work consists of a feasibility study for the creation of a special roasted coffee business unit, for the Association of Producers of high quality coffee Cuchilla del San Juan.
