This article studies the priority given to the meaning by Husserl in his early work over the expression, considered unproductive -- By contrast, in his later writings, the genesis of consciousness is correlative to the expression and the intersubjective communication -- Guided by Merleau-Ponty, In particular, I shall focus on the shift that occurs in Husserl’s The Origin of Geometry -- Nevertheless, I shall contextualize in each of his works its reiterated interpretation of Husserl's intention of bringing experience to the expression of its own meaning in order to demonstrate that he never stopped thinking with Husserl, by thematizing even their "non-thoughts" -- This point is evidenced by the Merleau-Pontian conception of incomplete reduction, operative intentionality and phenomenology as interrogation, which makes it possible the creative expression, going beyond Husserl.
