En el marco de los 95 años del Concepto de lo político, el propósito del presente texto será el de realizar una aproximación analítica a la influencia y a las posibles consecuencias que trae consigo la extrema moralización de los elementos políticos y jurídicos al abordar la persona y obra de Carl Schmitt, específicamente, a través de la formulación del concepto de lo político. Para ello, se comenzará por realizar un breve recorrido sobre aspectos personales del autor para, posteriormente, involucrarse en la explicación del concepto de lo político. Se revisan aspectos personales de Schmitt buscando robustecer el propósito del presente ensayo y aprovechar el valor que tiene el texto Ex captivitate salus, escrito por el autor. Se ahondará en cómo la moralización extrema representa una amenaza para la teoría propuesta por Schmitt ya que desdibuja por completo la esencia de su concepto de lo político al trascender del rechazo a la aniquilación en la relación amigo-enemig
In the framework of the 95th anniversary of the Concept of the Political, the purpose of this text will be to make an analytical approach to the influence and possible consequences brought about by the extreme moralization of the political and juridical elements when approaching the person and work of Carl Schmitt, specifically, through the formulation of the concept of the political. To this end, we will begin with a brief review of the author's personal aspects in order to, subsequently, get involved in the explanation of the concept of the political. Personal aspects of Schmitt are reviewed in order to strengthen the purpose of this essay and to take advantage of the value of the text Ex captivitate salus, written by the author. We will delve into how extreme moralization represents a threat to the theory proposed by Schmitt since it completely blurs the essence of his concept of the political by transcending from rejection to annihilation in the friend-enemy relationship.
