dc.descriptionEsta investigación revisa y evidencia el panorama frente a la participación en espacios de liderazgo de las mujeres en América Latina –haciendo énfasis en el escenario de Medellín- bajo la mirada del enfoque de gobernanza participativa. Entendiendo el reto que representa la inclusión de mujeres en una esfera de poder y haciendo una revisión de literatura pertinente al desarrollo de este fenómeno en la zona para posteriormente proponer estrategias encaminadas a aumentar los índices de participación de la población femenina, mientras se aporta a la construcción de sociedades más justas e inclusivas. Adicionalmente, se llevará a cabo un despliegue interdisciplinario con mujeres y hombres que llevan el liderazgo de diferentes organizaciones en ámbitos variados para así propiciar un diálogo con información suficiente sobre la percepción de los retos, aprendizajes y oportunidades que trae la participación de mujeres.spa
dc.description.abstractThis investigation reviews and evidences the overview that female participation has for the Latin-American women under the participative governance approach. Understanding the challenge that inclusion represents for them in power spheres and doing an adequate literature review of the development that this phenomenon has had in the region to propose communication strategies directed to increase the feminine participation index while making inputs to the construction of a more fair and inclusive society. In addition to that, it will be carried out an interdisciplinary work with women and men that are leaders on different organizations in various fields to promote a dialogue with sufficient information about the challenges, learnings and opportunities that brings the feminine participationspa
