Resumen
This project proposed the implementation of a project office for the technology area of Grupo BIOS S.A.S., in order to mitigate the current risks and inconveniences that arise in the development of projects in the company and in internal customer service. With the amount of requirements that are presented to the area and the challenges that have arisen in its execution, an analysis was carried out through a survey to the personnel of the technology area directly involved in the company's projects, with the purpose of reaching an analysis of the level of maturity in the area's project management and to have an accurate selection of the project office to be implemented that best suits the business. With this survey it was possible to measure the level of standardization and the perspective of the respondents about good practices in projects; then, the results were consolidated and the information was analyzed to identify the opportunities for improvement and the points that are strengths and should be projected to optimize the process and leverage the rest of the processes that need adjustments and intervention. Finally, it was proposed to implement a project office according to the results found in the survey, in order to define the roles and its structure.

En este proyecto se propuso la implementación de una oficina de proyectos para el área de tecnología de Grupo BIOS S.A.S., con el fin de mitigar los riesgos e inconvenientes actuales que se presentan en el desarrollo de proyectos en la empresa y en atención al cliente interno. Con la cantidad de requerimientos que se presentan al área y los retos que han surgido en su ejecución, se llevó a cabo un análisis a través de una encuesta realizada al personal del área de tecnología que interviene de manera directa en los proyectos de la empresa, con el propósito de llegar a un análisis del nivel de madurez en el manejo de proyectos del área y tener una selección acertada de la oficina de proyectos a implementar que mejor se adapte al negocio. Con dicha encuesta se pudo medir el nivel de estandarización y la perspectiva de los encuestados acerca de las buenas prácticas en proyectos; luego, se procedió a consolidar los resultados y a analizar la información para identificar las oportunidades de mejora y los puntos que se tienen como fortaleza y se deben proyectar para optimizar el proceso y apalancar el resto de procesos que necesitan ajustes e intervención. Finalmente, se propuso implementar una oficina de proyectos acorde con los resultados encontrados en la encuesta, con el fin de definir los roles y su estructura.
