¿Costumbre o Reacción? El efecto de ser víctima de delitos y corrupción en la satisfacción con la vida de los colombianos

Colombia has been a Country with a la long history of violence and corruption, so it is important to analyze the relationship between victimization of those crimes suffered by individuals and their perception of life satisfaction. With information between 2004 and 2014 contained in LAPOP in repeated cross sections, in order used, A robust ordered probabilistic model is to estimate the effect of being a victim in the level of life satisfaction. The results suggests that victimization in the last year reduces in 6.7 percentage points the probability of being highly satisfied with life, and had been object of any type of bribery in 5 percentage points.
