Efectos financieros del Covid-19 en los fondos inmobiliarios colombianos durante los años 2020 y 2021
Abstract
Los fondos inmobiliarios y, en general, el sector de la construcción, generan un aporte muy relevante para el país, representando un gran porcentaje del PIB colombiano y un gran crecimiento económico año a año. Este estudio propone estudiar el efecto financiero de la pandemia del COVID-19 en los fondos inmobiliarios colombianos durante el 2020 y el 2021, teniendo en cuenta algunas variables macroeconómicas y variables relacionadas a la pandemia. Se utilizaron diferentes regresiones lineales múltiples, encontrando poca relevancia de las variables sobre los fondos analizados.
Abstract
Real estate funds and the construction sector are of great importance to Colombia, as they represent a significant percentage of its GDP and are a great contributor to year over year growth. This study is focused on the financial effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on Colombian real estate funds during 2020 and 2021, considering several macroeconomic indicators and variables related to the pandemic. Using several multiple linear regressions, there is a lack of evidence in favor of the variables being relevant to each fund’s performance.
