dc.description.abstractEl fenómeno del viaje, del movimiento, de la transformación también es propio del mundo del Derecho. Este plantea un viaje que viene desde los tiempos de la antigüedad clásica, transita por el mundo medieval, se consagra como la estrella del mundo moderno y duda frente a la tecnología, en especial la tecnología digital y la inteligencia artificial generativa.

It traces a journey that begins in classical antiquity, passes through the medieval world, emerges as the star of the modern world, and faces uncertainty in the face of technology—especially digital technology and generative artificial intelligence.
