    Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de un e-commerce de tés especializados en Colombia

    Electronic commerce, also known as e-Commerce, has experienced a significant boom in Colombia in recent years, especially since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The country has registered an increase in internet penetration and a growing interest in online shopping. One of the sectors that has experienced sustained growth in this area is tea e-Commerce, a drink that has become one of the favorites of Colombians. Tea is a beverage that has been consumed for centuries around the world and has been associated with a wide variety of health benefits. Since its introduction in Colombia, the tea has experienced significant growth in popularity due to its flavor, aroma, and therapeutic properties. In the context of e-Commerce, tea has become a popular product for sale online, thanks to its ease of shipping and storage. Furthermore, e-Commerce allows consumers to access a wide variety of teas from different regions of the world, allowing them to explore and discover new flavors and blends. In this study, the pre-feasibility of creating an e-commerce for specialized teas in Colombia will be evaluated, using the ONUDI methodology, which through the proposed studies (sectoral, market, technical, legal, administrative, financial and risk studies) It will provide data in order to know if it is pertinent to invest and carry out this specialized tea business

    Orientaciones de marketing digital para impulsar el e-commerce : una exploración basada en las experiencias de expertos residentes en Medellín

    This research explores ecommerce from the perspective of the experts interviewed. With the rise of globalization and digitalization, it has produced an accelerated evolution in consumer behavior, due to which companies must constantly adapt to the invariable uncertainty of market changes to remain competitive. The study analyzes the key elements to increase the probability of success when implementing digital marketing strategies in e-commerce. It addresses 4 main dimensions based on academic literature to be subsequently contrasted with the vision of experts from their experiences. This was done through structured interviews to collect primary data and provide a detailed analysis of the findings. These results show a comprehensive view of effective e-commerce practices with final recommendations that can be the basis for a successful ecommerce, therefore, it is expected to be useful for academics and professionals in the sector.
