Organizations that fulfill their purpose are those that focus on employee management, which design and execute its strategy. Personnel management covers different action fronts, some of them are: selection, hiring, training, performance management and reward management, actions that must be carried out in coordination with the strategy. From a point of view of effectiveness, personnel management should be analyzed as a process that allows establishing an overtime cost-effective relationship, for both sides. So that’s why, the phenomenon of staff turnover must be considered. If this isn’t properly managed, can generate interruptions in the strategy fulfillment, knowledge leakage and loss of organization resources. As can be seen above, the staff retention becomes a must be task addressed as a priority, in order to exploited during the time, all investment made in employees with the purpose of strengthening the organization’s and person’s capabilities.
