To do so, the financial statements of different companies in the same sector will be analyzed, addressing theories applied to capital structure, such as the CAPM, the theory of the trade-off between debt and capital, and others related, allowing to find the optimal structure by maximizing the value of the company and minimizing the cost of capital. This research could be a determining input permitting the reader to define the optimal capital structure for companies in the vehicle rental sector in Colombia.Ítem Valoración de una empresa promotora de salud en Colombia por método de flujo de caja descontado(2018) Vega Calderón, Francy Paola; Aroca Valero, Lina Rocío; Restrepo Barth, SimónCorporate finance aims to maximize shareholder value, in this text we will evaluate decisions that lead to value creation for a Health Promoting Entity (Entidad Promotora de Salud/EPS, hereinafter referred to as EPS) in Colombia.
