    The public and private sectors face the challenge of imminent automatization -- Corporate Volunteering has become a strategic ally in the areas of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility -- In this article it is proposed as a useful tool in the preparation of future employees and leader entrepreneurs of the future, to take on the challenge of creative management of new forms of work -- A Corporate Volunteer program focused on the volunteers and the new labor demand, can develop skills and abilities such as resilience, improve their work performance and lead them to deal with their family, social and corporate life with decision and responsibility and to efficiently do volunteer work -- The research work was developed taking into account the Mackinsey Global Institute Executive Report of January 2017 on automatization, the reports of the Corporate Volunteer Observatory from 2013 and 2015, articles and studies on Corporate Volunteering mainly in Spain
