Ítem Estudio de vigilancia tecnológica e inteligencia competitiva en el mercado de células madre(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) López Zapata, Laura; Ramalho Almeida, Agostinho Joao; Méndez Naranjo, Katia CeciliaÍtem Lecciones aprendidas de un proyecto offshore en servicios de correo postal en un delivery center de Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Amariles López, Sebastián; Herrera Cardona, Alejandro; Díez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelIn the present research about the process of documenting lessons learned in an offshore project, the experience of the project executors was consolidated. By means of semi-structured interviews, the factors that were present in the execution of the schedule were evaluated and discussed. After the interview process, the findings were exhibited with each of the experts in the field that were related to the project, and, through quantification methods based on probability and occurrence matrices, impact magnitudes and expected monetary values, proceeded to rank the lessons learned according to their relevance to the project. The most relevant conclusions are the reduction of costs and expenses in the project activities by a proportion of 70%, just for implementing the offshore figure and the scrum methodology under the agile framework; the importance of implementing project offices in organizations with high flows of projects to be developed between periods was also found. As the most significant recommendations are the documentation of lessons learned as a closing activity in projects, and technological surveillance processes to be at the forefront of market technologies.Ítem Plataformas preclínicas in vitro - in vivo para validar aislados de la microbiota humana como probióticos de nueva generación : un acercamiento a través de la vigilancia tecnológica(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Ruiz Crespo, Geraldinne; Arteaga Arango, Susana; Sierra Zapata, LauraÍtem Propuestas para mejorar la adopción y apropiación de las tecnologías Smart Grid en Colombia por parte del público(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Díaz Toro, Daniel Felipe; León García, Jairo; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaSmart networks or smart grids are characterized by the circulation of energy and information in bidirectional form and in real time, and involve the evolution of traditional energy systems -- The widespread and adequate deployment of these technologies in terms of adaptation, appropriation and use by users, is a very important tool for the social and economic development of the world and nations -- The growing densification of cities, the need to meet the rising demands for energy, the problem of mass transportation and waste disposal management lead these networks to take and adapt smart technologies to meet the challenges -- In this context, this degree project has as a general objective to elaborate proposals to improve the appropriation and use of smart grid technologies in Colombia by the public, incorporating international experiences and developments, and, as specific objectives, to carry out a technological surveillance on the rejection of the public to the smart grid projects at the global level and on the solutions and applications that have allowed to improve the acceptance of the smart grids and of all the technological elements that these networks incorporate –like the smart meters -- Finally, the study makes proposals, based on the theories of adoption and appropriation of technologies, which guarantee a greater participation of users in the deployment of smart grids in the countryÍtem Revisión de los métodos de prospectiva tecnológica para la adaptación de un modelo prospectivo aplicable al programa “Medellín espacial” – Ruta N(Universidad EAFIT, 2016) Múnera Montoya, Nazly Julieth; Zartha Sossa, Jhon Wilder
