Publicación Estrategia de adaptación de Toyota en Colombia frente a la competencia de vehículos eléctricos e híbridos de origen chino(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-01-26) Guzmán Arismendi, Juan David; Mateus Alfaro, Norelly Tatiana; González Pérez, María Alejandra; N/APublicación Estrategias de desinversión y captura de oportunidades en portafolios VC latinoamericanos(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Piedrahita Velásquez, Agustín; Botero Gaviria, CamiloOver the last decade, venture capital (VC) in Latin America has grown significantly in funds, volume, and sophistication, yet many managers face a “gray zone” of operational startups with limited growth and no clear exit paths, immobilizing capital and delaying returns. This mixed-method, exploratory-descriptive study combines a quantitative analysis of regional VC portfolios with semi-structured interviews with fund managers to evaluate alternative liquidity mechanisms (secondary sales, continuation funds, hybrid structures) and their applicability in the region. The study aims to characterize the magnitude of this phenomenon, identify its barriers and opportunities, and propose guidelines for a hybrid financial vehicle designed to unlock retained value for investors and entrepreneurs, thereby strengthening the liquidity and sustainability of the VC ecosystem.Publicación Estudio de prefactibilidad para el montaje de un taller de mantenimiento y reparación de vehículos eléctrico e híbridos(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Gómez Ortiz, Sebastián; Carmona Arboleda, Frank Esteban; Díez Benjumea, Jhon Miguel; Múnera Hoyos, DiegoBased on secondary information obtained for the development of this research work, it was determined that due to different factors of the world environment and international policies such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in the world they are massifying electric and hybrid vehicles, for which according to experts consulted, in some countries there are no after-sales services that can guarantee proper maintenance and/or repair. Due to the above, based on the identified need, through this research work it is intended to evaluate the pre-feasibility for the assembly of a repair and maintenance workshop for electric and hybrid vehicles in the Aburrá Valley, using the methodology proposed by UNIDI for the preparation of projects, with which it was concluded that probably in the short term there is no demand to make the project viable.
