It is a global trend of consumption that consists of paying for the use of certain products and services regardless of the property on them, and it is on this characteristic that the potential for the development of rent is found in a country in which property over things have more relevance. In this sense, it is essential to create penetration strategies for the Colombian market, understand the characteristics of consumers, their attributes and expectations, and implement value proposals for their distribution that cover the needs for alternative mobilization to ownership of vehicles. This work presents the stages in which a business model was developed to implement a rental distribution channel in Medellín, which connects the demand and supply of vehicle leasing services and contributes to the development of the sector and the generation of value for people, companies and society.
