The objective is to enhance understanding of how these variables influence business success. This holistic approach will provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between project leadership and business development, establishing a solid foundation for formulating effective leadership and business management strategies. This comprehensive approach is crucial for capturing the complexity of how project leadership impacts the health and direction of a company.
