Specifically, it seeks to identify the degree of recognition, compression and alignment of corporate values. The perceptions of current values on collaborative and economic entrepreneurship will be analyzed and the perception of the elements of the organizational culture that positively or negatively impact the transmission and practical integration of corporate values will be examined. Likewise, the conditions that facilitate and hinder the alignment of the employees of the organization with the corporate values perceived in a group of employees of a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector will be identified. Method: qualitative-descriptive, cross-sectional study characterized as a case study, based on in-depth interviews with six employees from four different countries (Mexico, Chile, Panama and Colombia) belonging to a multinational pharmaceutical company operating in Bogotá. Conclusions: The understanding of organizational values from the first instance, in an entrepreneurial environment, will allow employees to assess whether their personal values are aligned with the values professed by the organization and will allow them to take an active part in them.
