    Diagnóstico del nivel de madurez actual en la etapa de gestión de proyectos de inversión de la PMO® de la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia

    The Cooperative University of Colombia (known by its acronym UCC), is a multicampus university with presence in 17 regions of the country, it has a PMO® that is in charge of managing projects at the national level and it belongs to the national planning department. In this work, an applied research is carried out in the field of project management whose general objective is to diagnose the level of maturity in the project management stage based on the OPM3® methodology and based on the good project management practices proposed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) in its guide to the fundamentals of project management PMBOK® (PMI®, 2017). These good practices are divided into 10 knowledge areas that include integration, scope, budget, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. According to the results obtained in the diagnosis of the level of maturity in the project management stage based on the OPM3® methodology. Suggestions, improvements and proposals are presented in the design of procedures and formats that allow optimizing the PMO®.
