Ítem Análisis de viabilidad para un modelo de negocio de asesoría e interventoría de equipos de transporte vertical (ascensores y escaleras eléctricas) en el Valle de Aburrá por medio de la metodología Lean Canvas(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Marín Marín, Roiman Cievel; Beatriz Uribe, Ricardo UribeThis degree work is carried out as a fundamental part of the feasibility analysis for a business model in consulting and supervision of vertical transport equipment in the Aburrá valley, whose objective is to comply with NTC 5926-1 (Icontec, 2012) standards and thus ensure the safety of the users. Likewise, offering personalized advisory services to construction companies and horizontal property administrations in traffic studies and equipment modernization, in order to guarantee a better acquisition of products and services. In the first part we will analyze the main causes for which the enterprises in Colombia fail, including the lack of definition of a business model, for this we carry out a literature study on the methodologies most used in the validation of business models, highlighting Lean Canvas methodology as the most used for startups. With the current requirements of Colombian standards and the analysis of deviations in procedures and the increasing accident rate that have occurred in recent years in Colombia in vertical transport equipment, they create the need and the opportunity to design a first business model with The Lean Canvas methodology, carrying out an applied, quantitative, descriptive market research through a survey that shows that the implementation of the business model is viable and there is a public interest in the implementation. Additionally, the service portfolio is displayed in a specialized manner according to each line of business. This portfolio includes markets in the construction and horizontal property management sector, which provide solutions to the increase in fatal accidents that have occurred in elevators and escalators in recent years in Colombia, due to ignorance of quality standards and certifications. It would take into account the market context of the equipment that is in operation without having the certification, training characteristics by users and technical personnel of the service providers.
