This approach integrates transmedia storytelling, strategic communication, and science marketing to transform research outcomes into multi-format narratives and experiences, validated through the VITRA case. The results demonstrate the model’s effectiveness in social appropriation of knowledge, in strengthening university–industry–society collaboration, and in positioning academic innovation, establishing replicable guidelines for academic and productive contexts.
