This in view of the fact that to the date, there has been no legislation on the matter and that the recognition of the rights of these minors has been largely achieved through the case law of the Constitutional Court. For this, in the first place, some key concepts will be defined for the understanding of this monograph. Subsequently, the situation of trans minors will be identified in various laws of Latin America such as Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, México and Uruguay.
