    The following work establishes a practical guide for the export of green coffee for the company Inspira Group SAS, based on a diagnosis of internationalization, where the conditions of the company to export, the conditions of the product and marketing are evaluated, especially in what they refer to coffee consumption trends. An evaluation and selection of possible markets is also carried out to introduce the product in the mention, by evaluating the political, economic and social criteria, as well as the analysis of the conditions of the cultural and market environment. Subsequently, an analysis of the product is carried out, specific to the selected market, in which tariff items, non-tariff barriers, segmentation and market niche are reviewed, competition in the destination country is reviewed, regarding export logistics, product costing, distribution channels and downloads. An approach to the pricing strategy, communication strategy and product listings is established. Finally, a design of strategies, recommendations and action plan is carried out, as well as the lessons learned from the market, process and organization perspective in the export plan process.
