Publicación Ejercicios técnicos sobre la mano izquierda para violonchelistas de nivel intermedio basados en cuatro obras del compositor colombiano Deiner Hurtado(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Ramos Rodríguez, Rolando David; Manco, Juan DavidThis article gives an account of the process of creating exercises that facilitate the technical execution of the left hand on the cello, based on four Colombian works by Deiner Hurtado, for an intermediate level. It is also intended to highlight the importance of traditional music in the instrumental development of the cello and the valuable pedagogical contribution that the breakdown of traditional colombian music in the technical field of the cello entails. This was done through a technical analysis of each piece, identifying the problems associated with the development of the left hand, which allows perform exercises prior to the works that facilitate their execution, in addition to appropriating the technique for future assemblies in any sphere and musical style. Using an autoethnographic approach, this research paper addresses the process of embouchure recovery in a French horn player after losing three teeth.
