Ítem Análisis para la política pública del deporte en el departamento de Antioquia: un aporte para las medallas de vida en las Unidades Deportivas Integrales, caso del municipio de Amagá(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Guerra Hoyos, Andrés Felipe; Abaunza Jaramillo, Albeiro; García Urán, Gustavo Alberto; Olaya Mesa, Carlos AndrésThe analysis for public policies is a methodology to formulate problems in order to find solutions and four methodological procedures are incorporated: Definition of the problem, construction of alternatives, selection of criteria and prediction of future scenarios -- Hence, the analysis for public policies is considered as a cyclical process -- In turn, it is used as part of the study necessary for its formulation and implementation, which represents more an art than a science proper, because within this concept the scope of public policy is merely practical and repetitive -- In this order of ideas, when talking about analysis for public policies it is necessary to look at the global process and within it, the singular and characteristic form, in order to try to explain what happens with the action of the state-government and derive elements that contribute to improve management -- In this order of ideas, the analysis for policies not only has an explanatory and academic character but also contributes, with an attempt to seek that the management is getting better -- It is important to recognize the advances in human talent that Amagá has had to bring a greater sport offer to the urban and rural population of the municipality, according to the coordination of the sports area of the municipality with figures close to 4550 women and 6590 men, with 7 spaces for the development of different sports disciplines throughout the territory of the municipality and 11 sports programs in operation seeks to comply with the 10-year plan of sport that has a validity until 2019 but this municipal sports offer does not go beyond having to have one or two monitors paid by the municipality, with availability to teach each sport, but there is still a lack of sports scenarios with the desired support and conditioning -- This leads to suppose that it is not only the quantity of scenarios that is needed, but the quality in the infrastructure and sustainability of these, accompanied by well-fortified programs that motivate the use of the facilities
