Such diagnosis was developed around the organizational knowledge that the quality assurance coordination of Credibanco Bogotá's development management has about the process of dataphone certification, in order to define the knowledge processes of that specific area. The present research work was developed based on the foundations of qualitative research, and in particular was of an exploratory and evaluative nature, as it sought to understand the dynamics of organizational knowledge in the process of certifying versions of dataphones of the quality assurance coordination team. The knowledge diagnostic allowed both the analysis of existing knowledge and the missing knowledge, and the evaluation of the state of this knowledge into the QA coordination team, through the elaboration of the inventory and the identification of gaps and knowledge flows. Conducting a knowledge audit in the quality assurance coordination allowed to highlight the unknown strengths, as well as the opportunities for improvement in areas where a higher level of knowledge was expected than the resulting one.Ítem Estrategias para el desarrollo de capacidades de innovación en PYMES del Valle de Aburrá(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Restrepo Palacio, Ricardo León; Romero Hurtado, Luis Félix; Osorio, BárbaraInnovating involves many challenges as well as developing innovation capabilities. Studies affirm that SMEs are at a disadvantage in terms of resources and capabilities compared to large incorporated companies, leading them to live from day to day and not anticipate market changes. The purpose of this work was to propose strategies for the development of innovation capabilities in SMEs in the Aburrá Valley, in order to bringing these small and medium-sized companies to maintain and modify their conditions of sustainability in the market. For this, an exploration of literature and a field work were done what provided the necessary foundations to carry out the intended proposal. The findings obtained led to the formulation of two strategies for the development of innovation capabilities in SMEs in the Aburrá Valley. One of them is focused on the operational action of this type of organization, preparing the conditions of possibility for the second strategy, focused on the long term and preparing the company for changes. One complements the other. Both strategies lead to the development of innovation capabilities in this segment of companies that requires boosting innovation and thus having a more systematic competitive performanceÍtem Exploring the enablers and microfoundations of international knowledge transfer : a grounded theory framework(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Rios Ballesteros, Nathalia; Furst, SaschaÍtem Extended literature review about managing communication in a MNC for knowledge sharing between the headquarters and the subsidiaries(Universidad EAFIT, 2013) Ospina D´Alleman, Sandra Milena; Aguilar Barrientos, Sara CristinaThis paper presents an extended Literature Review about the management of communications in Multinational Corporations, specifically in knowledge sharing between the headquarters and the subsidiaries, an issue that remains a deep challenge to international business due to the uniqueness of cultural values within the exchange of information, and the improvements that a company implements through the interchange of knowledge (Rodrigues, 2009) -- Today, companies adapt to change, nor only because of the determinant role of communications due to the information technology revolution (Kalla, 2006) but to face the challenges that the international market sets, specifically in the decisive role of knowledge management as the firm’s competitive advantage to create and innovate services and products (Carlsson, 2003)Ítem Marco de referencia para el diseño de estrategias competitivas, basadas en la creación de conocimiento para la innovación(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Gil Arango, Juan Esteban; Henao Cálad, MónicaOrganizations formulate strategies to get competitive advantages in the market. Schumpeter, in 1934, used the term “creative destruction” to describe the interruption of the economic activity of organizations by innovations that seek new ways to produce goods, services, or generate completely new industries (OECD, 2018). Knowledge management presents important challenges for organizations. The main problems are associated with the lack of strategic alignment, lack of leadership or lack of commitment that these types of initiatives have in organizations and, therefore, fail to develop organizational capabilities to innovate systematically. Taking into account the challenges that a knowledge strategy implies to produce the expected results in innovation, the question arises how, from a strategic perspective, an organization can direct organizational knowledge to be the basis of sustainable innovation? This descriptive qualitative research proposes a framework of reference where the elements of a competitive strategy based on the creation of organizational knowledge are exposed. Innovation is considered the result of knowledge creation dynamics derived from this type of strategy. When these dynamics occur over and over again, they become organizational routines and new capacity is configured. In this research, an analysis of organizational capabilities is performed from the perspective of Ikujiro Nonaka's Theory of knowledge creation. From this analysis, the elements of the framework, its relationship and how to apply it are developed.Ítem Metodología para cuantificar las pérdidas económicas y financieras de una empresa, tanto a nivel nacional o internacional, cuando es afectada por ciberataques o ataques informáticos(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Atencia Urueta, Víctor Rafael; Lalinde Pulido, Juan GuillermoIn this work, the direct financial, economic and reputational costs incurred by a company when affected by cyberattacks were examined, for which a methodology supported by international standards on cybersecurity was created or structured.
