Nevertheless, to accomplish successfully those objectives organizations have to face various challenges in the processes to understand and overcome them. Through the realization of a structured questionnaire to a sample of 88 collaborators of a manufacturing organization, a group of collaborators has as a purpose of the study to analyze the challenges and implications of the implementation of the TPM methodology. The results of the questionnaire indicate challenges, demands and consequences noticed by them during the implementation of this model; the main results are associated with factors such as education and training, as well as the acquisition of new competencies and the commitment that the organization's management must have with the process.Ítem Tácticas de mantenimiento(Universidad EAFIT, 2010) Jiménez Vergara, José Andrés; Caro, Juan David
