Publicación Prácticas aconsejables en la estructuración de procesos organizacionales para facilitar la integración y retención de la Generación Z en el entorno laboral en el Valle de Aburrá(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Flórez Uribe, Ana María; Arce Alba, Daniela; Gallego López, Francisco DaríoThis research examines the need to adapt organizational processes to Generation Z's expectations to improve their integration and retention in the workplace. The central question was: "What are the advisable practices in structuring organizational processes to facilitate the integration and retention of Generation Z in the workplace in the Aburrá Valley?". The general objective was to identify and propose best practices in structuring organizational processes that facilitate the integration and performance of this generation. To achieve this, interviews and surveys were conducted with organizational leaders and Generation Z employees, using a qualitative approach. The methodology employed allowed for the collection of data on the perceptions of those involved regarding organizational processes, identifying key trends related to flexibility, autonomy, and the use of advanced technology. The main conclusions suggest that organizations should adopt agile methodologies, promote transformational and flexible leadership, implement microservice models, and digitize processes through automation to improve efficiency and align with the expectations of Generation Z. Furthermore, it is concluded that the adaptation of organizational processes not only improves productivity but also contributes to organizational sustainability by attracting and retaining young talent, ensuring their long-term commitment. Companies that implement these changes will be better positioned to face the challenges of the modern work environment and optimize their competitiveness.
