    Los Principios de Yogyakarta como norma de soft law en el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos

    This degree work aims to analyze the application of the Yogyakarta Principles as an international soft law standard in light of the Inter-American Human Rights System. For this, the Yogyakarta Principles and the contribution they make to the International Law of Human Rights will be studied, in the same way the actions by the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights will be studied, to later observe At what level these mechanisms make use of the Principles when protects the rights of the population with diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and sexual characteristics. Likewise, it is contemplated if the application that has been given, both directly and indirectly, in the region, and in the IAHRS mechanisms, have led it to become an international norm itself.
