The law, as a social science that studies and regulates the behavior of people in community, they should be worth of tools to assess the why and wherefore of individual behavior, ie, in order to facilitate the inevitable coexistence of human beings the right has the burden of finding the means to provide security in interpersonal relationships -- Game theory as a mathematical tool and economic, is used for the right to fulfill their socializing function, it serves to predict behaviors that are made in the legal field, as when the legislature sets policy according to previous analysis of the virtual behavior rational citizens from the norm, or when the litigant decides to reconcile or stop based on prediction that makes the behavior of its counterpart -- This paper looks precarious in the study of game theory against Colombian law and the need to at least mention it in the undergraduate programs of law schools in the country, based on its applicability in the legal context
