Seven participants were interviewed using semi-structured interviews, and their narratives were analyzed thematically. Findings revealed unequal health knowledge, limited access to services, and strong social stigma. Most participants relied on personal experience for self-care and lacked institutional support. Emotional ties were focused on children, with minimal external support networks. Perceptions of sex work varied, ranging from empowerment to emotional burden.
