Ítem Plan de marketing para la comercialización del portafolio de productos de la empresa Sacha Inchi, Comercializadora Agroindustrial S.A.S. ubicada en el municipio de Viterbo, Caldas(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Muriel Cano, Viviana; Londoño Velez, Natalia; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoIn this research, a contextualization of the production and commercialization of the sacha inchi seed at the international and national level was first carried out. Additionally, the benefits of consuming the seed were identified as: regulation of blood pressure, reduction of cholesterol levels, improvement in metabolism, improvement in the development of brain and eye tissue, among others. It also includes carrying out market studies applied to residents of the Coffee Region and Valle Norte and its surroundings, in Colombia, to find out their perception, knowledge and interest in the seed and its affinity with functional foods. The work included the application of a non-probabilistic questionnaire and semi-structured interviews to a person from the sector, a person from the health area and three consumers of functional foods. The applied instruments allowed to make a marketing plan proposal to improve and project the commercialization of the product portfolio of the company Sacha Inchi, Comercializadora Agroindustrial S.A.S. Based on the above, a marketing plan was proposed that contemplates different strategies so that the company can grow and position itself in the market, the proposed strategies are related to: product knowledge, packaging, storytelling, optimal price, place or square and positioning.
