Ítem Actores motivacionales en relación con la vinculación al colectivo sindical en trabajadores colombianos(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Cardona de Plaza, Laura; Orejuela Gómez, Johnny JavierÍtem Análisis del sindicalismo colombiano desde la Teoría de la Agencia(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Zapata Cruz, Juan Pablo; Villa Restrepo, SantiagoThe defense of the rights and interests of workers in Colombia, through the exercise of labor union associations, may have direct implications on social interaction, pro-ductive capacity and quality of life in the country. When these effects are not consid-ered, the workers and their leaders in labor union associations denaturalize the es-sence and teleology of syndicalism, and consequently its development generates negative outcomes for the intervening parts of the collective negotiation and for the society understood as a whole. The reasons why these effects are verified can be understood though the Agency Theory, which allows to break down the way in which unionized workers behave for the common defense of their rights and interest in the Colombian context.Ítem Decisiones del comité de libertad sindical de la O.I.T. frente a las quejas de los empleadores(Universidad EAFIT, 2006-11) Gaviria Acosta, María AdelaidaÍtem Evolución de los fenómenos de libertad sindical y negociación colectiva: paralelismo sindical, multiafiliación y multiconvencionalidad(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Del Valle Sánchez, Maria Antonia; Piedrahita Vargas, CamiloThroughout history, association has been and still is the strategy most used by the human species –and other animal species- in order to achieve all kinds of proposed objectives, and even more important, it has been the strategy to survive. In this sense, unions were born as association cells for the defense of the common interests of workers. Colombia was not alien to these movements and from the Political Constitution of 1886 the few legal consecrations began to appear that later became abroad regulation in this regard. However, Colombia has a low unionization according to the OCDE and OIT. Therefore, this monograph aims to explain the application of the concepts of trade union parallelism, multi-conventionality and multi-affiliation to the rights of syndical freedom of association and collective bargaining.Ítem Indemnización de perjuicios por conductas antisindicales : reflexiones a propósito de la sentencia SL-3597 de 2020(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Castaño Vélez, Sofía; Piedrahíta Vargas, CamiloÍtem Influencia de las condiciones laborales de los anestesiólogos del Sindicato de Gremio Anestesiar, que trabajan en la Fundación Clínica del Norte de Bello - Antioquia, en su calidad de vida(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Ramírez Cadavid, Carlos Mario; Villa Marín, Gloria MaríaObjective. Analyze the working conditions of the anesthesiologists of the ANESTESIAR union who work at the Fundación Clínica del Norte and the influence they have on their quality of life. Framework of conceptual references. The term quality of life was conceptualized and its objective and subjective factors were identified, in some texts referred to as objective quality of life and subjective quality of life, respectively; the first referring to access to material goods and services that allow material well-being, the second with an emphasis on emotional expression, relational dynamics and the possibility of taking advantage of free time activities. Next, the concept of working conditions was defined, for which we proceeded to identify the factors addressed in investigations that have been carried out in this same field, differentiating them in contractual conditions and physical and environmental conditions of the workplace. Method. This descriptive research was carried out with a qualitative approach and as a method to achieve the objectives, qualitative interviews were conducted with a significant group of the population that had experience practicing the medical specialty for a period of time not less than two years and with a permanence in Clinic minimum of one year. Results. It was found that the contractual conditions, in general terms, allow anesthesiologists to have a quality of life that meets their personal, professional and social expectations. However, the lack of time to dedicate to non-work activities was visible, due to the high number of hours they work per month; It was also found that the spaces for rest and food are insufficient for their requirements, as well as a negative impact due to noise in the work space, which was identified as an environmental element that disturbs them. The positive influence of working conditions on the quality of life of anesthesiologists derives from the work that they have been doing as a union in search of greater autonomy over their recruitment and from associativity as a principle, that differentiates them from other health professionals. Conclusions. The working conditions of anesthesiologists have, in general, a positive influence on their quality of life, with the high number of working hours per month being susceptible to improvement, the little free time available to carry out non-work activities and noise in the job site.Ítem Relevancia jurídica de las decisiones de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo en Colombia, con especial interés en la huelga(Universidad EAFIT, 2012) Tobón González, Jessica; Mejía Aguirre, Andrés; Restrepo, José Gabriel
