Ítem Condiciones laborales de las personas con VIH y/o sida en Colombia en la actualidad : análisis desde las recomendaciones de la OIT y su materialización en el entorno laboral colombiano(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Gómez Tamayo, Víctor Daniel; Jaramillo Restrepo, Daniel; Cortés Ramírez, Jairo DanielThis monograph is based on the legal situation that is generated to workers suffering from HIV and/or AIDS diseases, a context in which there is a significant risk of violations of the fundamental rights of this population; in this way, it is established which have been the agreements and recommendations issued by the International Labor Organization, in order to identify if the Colombian state and individuals have promoted and ordered the implementation of labor guarantees and decent working conditions, to people who have or have had these diseases; using the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court in this regard, the investigation of the internal policies of the companies, and the collection of information through surveys, to end up finding that a notorious discrimination of this population still persists, strongly generated due to the general ignorance of the pathologies studied.Ítem Diagnóstico de los factores que podrían contribuir a la sostenibilidad de los microemprendimientos del proyecto de generación de negocios de la ONG Socios en Salud en la provincia de Lima Metropolitana y el Callao(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Becerra Pando, Liliana Katherine; Vargas Saenz, Mario EnriqueThe NGO Partners in Health (Lima-Perú) supports patients with Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV (AIDS) or their families, through the Project: Business Generation, to start or fortify a microenterprise, in order to achieve better income, increase your self-esteem, maintain your treatments and contribute to your quality of life. More than 300 microenterprises have been undertaken; however, they have maintained an active business only less than half. Is the interest of this research (general objective): "Know the factors that could contribute to Sustainability ...", its profitability and management. Through qualitative study (semi-structured interviews and documentary review) to diagnose these factors and apply them in future interventions, improving tools and strengthening project management, applying these concepts from the perspective of social enterprises, which despite being generated with "donated" seed capital remain profitable, effective and sustainable; being able to apply with better results the learning of the social together with the principles of the economy for social innovation. In addition, contribute to public and social policies by encouraging more efficient spending and a comprehensive approach, observing social determinants. Specific objectives: • • Know the personal profile of the beneficiaries and in relation to microenterprise • • Determine microenterprise profile • • Know the management of the tools they have used for the management of micro-entrepreneurship • • Determine the conditions under which training for beneficiaries is carried out when starting the venture • • Know the management characteristics of the Project to microenterprises
