Ítem Diseño de marco de trabajo SCRUM para los proyectos de transformación digital de INCOLMOTOS YAMAHA en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Valencia Betancur, Elkin Mauricio; Uribe Ochoa, Beatriz Amparo; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierSCRUM Framework defined through the formalization formats and procedures under agility principles, and project management, allows to manage resources to customer value generation, in digital transformation projects of INCOLMOTOS YAMAHA. Each elements of agilism, were studied deeply specialized sources and structured with traditional phases of project management, allowing to define formats and procedures under organizational culture, without losing flexibility and empirical principles of agile, also ensuring actors, events and artifacts SCRUM has proposed since its inception. Therefore, formats and procedures have been designed under organizational particularities, guidelines suggested by specialized literature and especially under the capitalization of internal digital transformation project management experiences, as lessons learned. Public cases of IBM, BBVA, Monash Health and BANCOLOMBIA in their experiences with agility were also very useful. At the end, formats and procedures to be used at any time in digital transformation projects, which can be constantly improved, are left at the disposal of the company.Ítem Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación y comercialización de un software scrum de gestión de proyectos(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) García Ferrer, Nicolás; Díez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelThe project management through agile project frameworks, such as the SCRUM methodology, is generating high demand for professionals worldwide. As a result, the demand for project management software has increased. The Colombian market, lacking domestic offerings, resorts to international tools that often do not adapt to the specific needs of each company. Currently, companies are turning to software of moderate and high cost and complexity to manage short and medium-term projects of small and medium scope. For this reason, a feasibility study was proposed for an investment project aimed at the development and commercialization of software for project management (using agile frameworks), with a level of pre-feasibility depth using the methodology proposed by UNIDO for project evaluation. This study allows evaluating different aspects such as the market, the legal framework, risks, financial projections, among others. The intention of this study is to provide project investors with a set of variables that, with a moderate level of accuracy, allows them to analyze the feasibility of the project and make a decision regarding the next steps to take: invest, discard, or further deepen the analysis.Ítem Herramientas de gestión del conocimiento para equipos de desarrollo ágil en un banco colombiano(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Rendón Montaño, Daniel; Giraldo Hernández, Gina María; Díez Gaviria, Ana CeciliaSoftware development teams that work under agile methodologies tend to show so good results about their performance and value deliveries, however, knowledge management that is carried out can come up with some risks and deficiencies due to knowledge highly tacit that has and the light documentation that new methodologies suggest, which creates a field of knowledge management that support the organizations from useful and relevant tools with that without going against agile methodologies. Knowledge management teams turns out to be more relevant in these teams every time, especially when a high rotation of people is presented like the one is currently being showed in the technological sector, generating that people flow be more constant through the teams and with this, leak risks be presented or obsolescence of organizational performance. This current research aims to understand the issue from the teams' perspective, identify tools and suggested models from literature that be susceptible of being applied in study cases and because of this, finally propose knowledge management tools that allow minimize the impact due to knowledge leak and the adaptation of the development teams that work under agile methodologies.Ítem Marco metodológico para la gestión de proyectos de corta duración en instituciones de educación superior : caso Universidad EAFIT(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Hernandez Acevedo, Catalina; López Álvarez, Andrés; Hoyos Rodriguez, NatalyThe present article is conceived within the thread of the Informatic Direction of EAFIT University, starting from the situations that nowadays generate difficulties to achieve an agile, light and efficient projects management. To address this problem, the portfolio is reviewed in order to identify the typology of the existing projects, based on the estimated duration of their execution, evidencing that for those which are in the range of four weeks to four months, referred as work plans, the management process performed by each of the leaders fluctuates in insufficient or disproportionate management and therefore is not standard. Having clear these improvement opportunities, it is undertaken in the definition of a methodology that generates value to the Universidad EAFIT and standardize the management process, based on the study of different existing agile frameworks. During the development of the methodological framework, it was concluded that it is important to have a unique basic process for the management of projects, regardless of their classification, seeking to provide the leaders with an intuitive process that can be easily implemented in the Project Management Information System (PMIS) and that in turn, provides tools that are expose through dashboards an unified monitoring. The adaptation of management to the different types of projects was provided in terms of tools and artifacts that must be developed at each stage of the process, either it is a work plan or a project. Finally, this proposal is accompanied by a training plan that will start with the segmentation of project leaders based on the level of knowledge and experience that each person has, the learning program that will be worked with each of these leaders will provide recommendations to ensure the sustainability of this methodology under the principle of continuous improvement, these are part of the tools that will lead to standardize the project management and the work plans in the Informatic Direction and will give the possibility of being scaled for the Universidad EAFIT.Ítem Modelo híbrido para la gestión de proyectos en empresas medianas y pequeñas del sector construcción : caso factor seguridad ingenieros(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Triviño Cañaveral, Ana María; García Gualdrón, Sergio; Hoyos Rodríguez, Nataly
