In this written document you will find the labor benefits updated to 2016 for some Latin American countries such as Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile and Bolivia, the variation with respect to previous years will be compared and what were the motivations for those changes in the labor benefits All these changes, if any, have an impact on the labor costs of each country and may be motivated by macro-economic, political or social events that make these changes necessary -- For the analysis of labor costs, it should be borne in mind that these were made with the legal minimum labor costs of each country, which in some cases the legal minimums and concepts vary between countries -- Additional in this document you will find a comparative table between the countries listed above where you can observe and conclude which country has the highest labor benefits and with the minimum wage of each country you can conclude which of all these countries have the cost of hand cheaper work
