Ítem Diseño de rutinas de calentamiento desde la exploración de dificultades específicas en el repertorio del violonchelo : una propuesta metodológica(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Cortés Mejía, Santiago; Tovar Henao, FelipeEvery musician's daily practice should include a brief period of warming up in order to prepare for physical activity associated with musical practice. However, there are quite different ideas about what it means to warm up among performers, which causes confusion and challenges when developing and executing a warm-up scheme. Therefore, in order to develop a warm-up plan, it is first necessary to specify the types of exercises that should be included, keeping in mind that while there are some realities that apply to musicians in general, these routines may also vary depending on the essential technical aspects of each instrument and the unique characteristics of each player. On the other hand, the fact that there are existing publications whose goal is to offer specific exercises and routines should not be disregarded. However, these resources are not always free of charge, and the majority of them are only available in English, which makes them difficult for certain music students to obtain. This article aims to provide the reader with tools for the design of warm-up routines based on technical difficulties of the repertoire, all approached from the perspective of the cello interpretation.
