Despite the enactment of the law 1620 of March 15, 2013 to strengthen the rights of children and adolescents as support to the school relationships, in the municipality of Rionegro-Antioquia we can see the lack of appropriation, articulation and updating of the law in the Coexistence Handbooks of educational institutions. Furthermore, there are very weak links with the entities in charge of ensuring the rights of children and adolescents in the prevention, monitoring, backing, managing and evaluation of the processes.
