    Estudio de pre-factibilidad para la creación de la empresa Boxcarga

    In the current degree work, the pre-feasibility study for the creation of a company is developed. This company will provide the following transport services: road freight, wholesaler, and store to store. The following studies were developed: a study of the environment and the sector through the Pestel method, market study, technical, administrative, financial, legal study, and finally a financial evaluation. In the last one, possible scenarios and financing alternatives were used, in order to conclude the pre-feasibility of the creation of the company Boxcarga. With the development of the project, it is also intended to give knowledge to society about the transport sector. Also, on how it will be in the medium term, the projections of the sector and in the long term about the vehicle fleet. Additionally, data were included, such as the country's logistics capacity and the Government's method to improve said indicator. It analyzes how the country is being updated in multimodal transport and what will be the new ways of adapting new ports and river highways in Colombia.
